ABOUT TEAM AND WORK:
Join us as anERP Warehouse Consultant and become part of business transformation and SAP-enabled implementation programs for leading industrial clients. You will advise clients on how to redesign warehouse and internal logistics capabilities and translate business needs into effective ERP-enabled solutions.
You will work at the intersection of warehouse operations, supply chain and technology, helping clients improve end-to-end warehouse processes from inbound and storage through internal movements, picking, staging and outbound execution. Your role will combine strong process expertise with functional SAP EWM / WM skills to shape practical, scalable solutions and support broader supply chain transformation.

THE WORK:
- Advise clients on warehouse and internal logistics transformation, assessing current processes and defining future-state capabilities across inbound, storage, replenishment, picking, staging and outbound execution.
- Translate business requirements into SAP EWM / WM solution concepts and foundational functional configuration, applying standard capabilities, fit-to-standard principles and leading practices.
- Design end-to-end warehouse process flows and key solution dependencies, including master data, inventory movements, handling units, warehouse structure, labor and equipment considerations, and integration with adjacent supply chain processes.
- Facilitate client workshops, structure complex warehouse challenges and develop process designs, recommendations, implementation priorities and transformation roadmaps.
- Collaborate across logistics, procurement, manufacturing, sales and technology teams to ensure warehouse solutions integrate effectively with SAP S/4HANA and the broader enterprise landscape.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business, information systems or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation or SAP-enabled warehouse and internal logistics projects, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse and internal logistics processes, including inbound, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, staging, packing, inventory management and outbound execution.
- Hands-on functional experience with SAP EWM and/or SAP WM, including the ability to translate business requirements into solution design and perform foundational functional configuration using standard SAP capabilities.
- Consulting and advisory skills, including structured problem solving, requirements definition, fit-to-standard assessment, workshop facilitation and clear communication with business and technology stakeholders; excellent written and spoken English is required.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation programs and integration between warehouse processes and MM, SD, PP and/or QM.
- Experience designing warehouse concepts involving layout, storage strategies, material flows, handling units, automation or material-handling equipment.
- Experience defining target warehouse processes, operating models or transformation roadmaps and supporting solution selection or 3PL / logistics-provider assessments.
- Experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing, consumer goods or another warehouse-intensive industry.
- Exposure to warehouse automation, robotics, advanced analytics, AI-enabled logistics or labor / slotting optimization.
- SAP EWM certification.
- German or French language skills.

We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term,is required.  Â
