Sofigate is growing, and we are looking for experiencedERP Transformation professionals to join our Business & TechnologyTransformationbusiness stream.

You will work in customer-facing ERP transformations across industries leading programmes or workstreams, providing specialist expertise, and helping customers turn technology investments into measurable business value.

What you will do

Depending on your role and expertise, you will:

• Lead or contribute to business-criticalERP transformations, projects and programmes

• Turn customer objectives into concrete actions, deliverables andbusiness outcomes

• Bring togetherbusiness, IT and partner ecosystemsto drive transformation forward

• Manage or contribute to scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets and quality

• Simplify business processes, solve complex challenges and useAI-supported ways of working to enhance delivery

• Relevant experience fromERP transformations, programmes, or implementations

• Ability to work effectively acrossbusiness, IT, and implementation partners in complex, multicultural environments

• Understanding ofchange management and the people side of transformation

• A structured and proactive approach, with curiosity towardsAI and new technologies

• Fluent communication skills inFinnish and English
