ERP Support Engineer

Location: Multiple Locations
Terms: Full-Time, On-Site

Summary:
ERP Support Engineers handle the day-to-day operation of ERP systems within subsidiaries. They resolve functional and technical issues, help users optimize workflows, and support upgrades or module implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support for ERP users in finance, HR, and operations.
  
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues and errors.
  
  

• Assist in customizing modules and workflows to meet business needs.
  
  

• Coordinate with central IT and ERP vendors for escalated support.
  
  

• Train users on best practices and new features.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Business Information Systems, Accounting, or Engineering.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience supporting ERP platforms (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
  
  

• Analytical mindset with understanding of business processes.
  
  

Certifications:

• ERP platform-specific certification (e.g., Odoo Functional, SAP FI, Oracle EBS)
  
  

• ITIL Foundation
