This individual will be responsible for driving project execution, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, tracking deliverables, and ensuring initiatives remain on schedule. The ideal candidate brings strong ERP project experience and a proven ability to improve business processes, facilitate communication between technical and operational teams, and keep projects moving forward in fast-paced environments.
This is a 20-hour-per-week contract engagement with flexibility in scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and tracking activities for ERP-related initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, maintenance, IT, and leadership stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, action items, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and process improvement opportunities.
- Partner with operational teams to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency through system enhancements and process changes.
- Track project progress and ensure accountability for deliverables across multiple teams.
- Support ERP system optimization and adoption efforts.
- Develop project plans, reporting dashboards, and executive status updates.
- Escalate risks and obstacles while driving timely resolution.
- Ensure projects align with operational objectives and regulatory requirements where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience supporting ERP, business systems, or operational transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and execution methodologies.
- Experience gathering business requirements and documenting processes.
- Ability to drive accountability and maintain momentum across teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or optimization efforts.
- Aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul), or industrial operations experience.
- Familiarity with FAA Part 145 repair station environments.
- Experience working with maintenance, engineering, supply chain, or aircraft operations teams.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices.
