ERP Programmer Analyst (PeopleSoft) Level 3

We are seeking a skilled ERP Programmer Analyst with expertise in PeopleSoft at Level 3 to join our team. This role requires a Secret clearance and involves working on complex PeopleSoft environments to deliver efficient solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer and PeopleTools.
• Strong technical design and architecture skills.
• Experience in developing PeopleSoft customizations and configuration-based solutions.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve PeopleSoft application issues.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM modules and functional advisory.
• Experience with PS Query, XML Publisher, BI Publisher, SQR, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Analyze PeopleSoft Application Designer projects to identify dependencies.
• Assess existing PeopleTools versions and recommend upgrades.
• Develop technical designs and specifications for PeopleSoft solutions.
