Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional guidance and support for Sage X3 business operations and system-related activities.
- Conduct training sessions to help end users understand system functionality, workflows, and day-to-day processes.
- Prepare and maintain user guides, process documents, training presentations, and standard operating procedures.
- Review existing workflows, identify operational challenges, and recommend practical improvements.
- Work with business stakeholders and technical or implementation teams to address system gaps and improve functionality.
- Assist with process standardization and the adoption of ERP best practices.
- Document business requirements, workflow updates, and recommended solutions.
- Support knowledge transfer and help users resolve functional questions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to system usability, reporting, and business processes.
- Hands-on experience working with Sage X3 ERP in a functional capacity.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, system rollouts, upgrades, or post-deployment activities.
- Strong background in end-user training and functional knowledge transfer.
- Experience developing process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Understanding of ERP business processes, workflow analysis, and functional issue resolution.
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams in a remote environment.
- Background in Sage X3 consulting or ERP implementation projects.
- Experience improving existing business workflows and system processes.
- Ability to explain ERP concepts clearly to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Experience supporting system adoption and business process optimization.
- Fully remote contract opportunity.
- Initial engagement of 2+ months, with potential for extension.
- Immediate availability preferred.
- C2C engagement; rate flexibility for qualified candidates.
