Location: Eden Prairie, MN | Hybrid: Onsite 3 days per weekÂ
Full-time | Salary: $80,000–$100,000
Our client is an established food manufacturer with operations across the United States, producing high-quality flour products with a focus on modern facilities, customer service, and sustainability. They are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise applications, troubleshoot system issues, and improve business processes. You’ll partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into effective solutions and identify opportunities for automation and AI.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and system requirements.
- Troubleshoot application issues and support incident, problem, and change management.
- Create process maps, system flows, and supporting documentation.
- Support application testing, deployment, and ongoing operations.
- Improve workflows and system capabilities while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, technology support, or a related role involving ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, JD Edwards, SAP, or comparable ERP platforms.
- Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and ITIL practices.
- Experience supporting cross-functional processes across finance, manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, or related areas.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
