GENERAL FUNCTION:Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seeknew sales opportunities.Engage with organizations to get a better understanding of their mission, goals, challenges, and needs.Foster long-term relationships with clients and help grow our business. Â

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Â Â Â
Develop strong relationships in your assignedterritoryÂ
Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to youraccountsÂ
Own and drive revenue in your assigned territory by closing renewal business with price lift, and upsell products and services to existingclientsÂ
Learn anddemonstrate a fundamental understanding of our services and technology platform and be able to articulate the advantages over competitorsclearly Â
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account managementmattersÂ
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximizeprofitsÂ
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executivesponsorsÂ
Ensure thetimely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs andobjectivesÂ
Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and externalstakeholdersÂ
Develop new business with existing clients andidentify areas of improvement to meet salesquotasÂ
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Â
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals set bymanagementÂ
Prepare reports on accountstatusÂ
Collaborate with the sales team toidentify and grow opportunities within theterritoryÂ
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations asneededÂ

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:Â
Â
Experience:Â
1-3years work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior AccountManager or relevant role in the technology industryÂ
BA/BS degree in Business Administration,Sales or relevant fieldÂ
Â
SkillsÂ
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelÂ
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customerneedsÂ
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, whilemaintaining sharp attention to detailÂ
Excellent listening,negotiation and presentation abilitiesÂ
Strong verbal and written communication skillsÂ
Attention to detail with excellent organizationskills Â
Competitive and committed attitude Â
Experience selling in the techindustryÂ
Great peopleskills; ability to quickly understand your audience and tailor the right message to themÂ
