The position is on-site from our office in Sofia.

 German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor, you will assist customers of a leading Swiss telecommunications provider, delivering outstanding service while identifying sales opportunities and maximizing customer satisfaction.

• Provide customer support via inbound calls
• Analyse and resolve customer inquiries
• Provide information on administrative and technical topics (products, billing, etc.)
• Perform updates in internal systems
• Escalate issues or calls to other departments when necessary

You are the one we’re looking for if you have:

• • German language level C1 is mandatory
  • Customer-oriented mindset and approach
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Willingness to work in shifts (9 a.m. – 10 p.m.) including weekends
