Key Responsibilities:

Overseecommunity management, including financial management, maintenance, and resident experience.

• Ensure compliance with allrelevant laws, regulations, and owners association bylaws.
• Monitorservice providers’ performance, ensuring adherence to company SLAs and KPIs.
• Develop and implement strategies tooptimize and grow the buildings under management.
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Lead initiatives focused onsustainability, environmental stewardship, and technology integration.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships withproperty owners, vendors, and authorities.
• Regularly assessbuilding operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
• Prepare and presentreports to senior management and clients.
• Stay updated onindustry trends, best practices, and legal developments.

• • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in owners association management.
  • certification in property management or owners association management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM).
  • Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners' associations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
  • Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
  • Technologically sawy with experience in property management software.
