Beverage CM (T):
Beverage (Bartender) Tipped Cast Members at the Walt Disney World® Resort are responsible for maintaining an extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, specialty and zero-proof cocktails, and specialty themed mixed drinks. As part of our team, you will inform Guests about the beverage menu and assist with orders in a friendly and inviting way, while maintaining a safe and clean work area. Bartenders may be located at a variety of different locations throughout property, including restaurant bars, service bars, lounges, pool bars and banquets.
This role requires high Guest engagement, problem solving, and critical thinking, all of which are imperative to your success.

Sales CM in Merchandise
Do you have a passion for crafting magical and enjoyable shopping experiences by ensuring the highest standard of Guest Service? If so, we are currently seeking Merchandise Cast Members! Every Guest looks for that perfect gift or souvenir to remember their time at the Walt Disney World Resort. From Pirate booty to Princess treasure, there’s something to put a smile on everyone’s face. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to engage with guests and work at several locations throughout property.

Our Food & Beverage Cast Members are the first Cast Members our Guests will see as they enter our table service dining location. They set the stage for their dining experience, and will greet and escort the Guests to their table. Responsibilities

Beverage CM:
  • Greet Guests and use our passion for Disney to connect with them and provide assistance and information, while providing excellent Guest Service.
  • Share knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including beers, wines, liquors and liqueurs, and maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes
  • Properly open, pour and handle alcoholic beverages and use appropriate bar tools to perform various drink making techniques including stirring, shaking, mixing, blending and layering
  • Record and process Guest orders accurately through a point-of-sale system (POS register), handling cash and other forms of payment.
  • Set up and break down bars and understand bar sanitation and cleaning guidelines.
  • Be responsible for following Responsible Vendor Procedures as well as all food safety regulatory requirements and company standards for Food & Beverage Service.
Sales Cast Member
  • Provide exceptional guest service and proactively engaging with guests, addressing needs, answering questions, giving directions, and other information about the theme park or surrounding areas. while sharing your passion and knowledge of Disney Products
  • Work between indoor and outdoor Merchandise kiosk locations with prolonged standing to perform and maintain crowd control during peak operational hours
  • Process guest orders accurately through a point-of-sale system (POS register), including; cash handling, counting money, making change, and processing credit card transactions
  • Receive inventory to include unboxing, tagging, and displaying items on various sales floor locations. May perform Heart of House responsibilities which include: unload pallets with a pallet jack, forklift or other devise to move inventory, stock replenishment from the pallets to the sales floor, coordinate the stockrooms, and support the overall function of their respective locations.
Food & Beverage CM
  • Proactively greet Guests, manage seating charts, & resolve Guest situations in fast paced environments
  • Answer Guests questions regarding menu items, food products and
  • Use PCs and tablets to navigate reservation and table management systems to check-in Guests and manage seating charts
  • Escort Guests to their seats, pulling out chairs and providing high chairs or booster, and deliver and present menus.
  • Complete opening and closing tasks, assist with bussing tables, pouring alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, run food and complete general cleaning
Food & Beverage Service (T) CM:
  • Greet Guests, explain restaurant promotions, upsell and record menu orders and input orders into the point-of-sale computer system, while handling cash and other forms of payment.
  • Follow all food safety regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Balance serving multiple tables simultaneously throughout a shift, leading our Server stations and resolving Guest situations.
  • Uphold location theming by maintaining a role in the show, while providing excellent Guest Service and demonstrating general wine and cocktail knowledge.
  • Demonstrate strong memorization and mathematical skills
Food & Beverage Assistant (T)
  • Greet Guests, provide assistance and information and explain restaurant promotions, while upholding location theming
  • Follow all food safety regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Assist servers by retrieving food & beverage items from kitchens and serving to our Guest, including alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks.
  • Perform various restaurant duties including but not limited to setting tables, stocking drinks, condiments and side stations, and pouring beverages, including alcohol
  • Will perform cleaning duties such as sweeping and mopping floors and bussing tables.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • MUST be able to demonstrate Cultural Authenticity pertaining to Morocco
  • At least 1 or more years of full service experience as a Beverage Server Tipped (Bartender)
  • At least 1 or more years of full service experience as Food & Beverage Server
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
  • Experience managing, prioritizing, and supporting multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Comfortable handling Cash and other forms of payment
  • Observational skills to identify Guest needs and ensure safety guidelines are being followed
  • Understand and explain menu offerings to Guest and answer questions about the food products
  • Follow all food safety regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Partner with team to make adjustments for operational changes
  • Passion for connecting with Guest and Cast Members from all lines of business to provide excellent service
  • Operate mobile devices and other computer systems
  • Physical role including heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, twisting, standing & walking for extended periods, climbing, and kneeling
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, from high heat areas in the kitchen and outdoors, to cold areas in freezers and coolers.
  • Cast Members may be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Cast Members may work with and around all foods and food allergens, including but not limited to beef, pork, poultry, fish, shellfish, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg and dairy products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
  • Part-Time requires full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of three (3) days per week, including nights and holidays

Compensation Details

The pay rate for the Beverage CM (T) role in Florida is $11.98 per hour.
The pay rate for the Sales CM role in Florida is $20.00 per hour.
The pay rate for the Food & Beverage CM role in Florida is $20.00 per hour.
The pay rate for the Food & Beverage Service (T)-Cocktailing role in Florida is $11.98 per hour.
The pay rate for the Food & Beverage Assistant (T) role in Florida is $11.98 per hour.

Additional Information

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
