Human Resources Co-Op - Limerick

This role will be based in ourLimericksite.

This co-op position offers students hands-on experience in aregulated medical device company, supporting HR Business Partners across multiple sites. The student will work on a project that benefits both theiracademic development and the companyand will support on a wide range of HR activities includingengagement, employee relations, recruitment, reporting & administration.   

Throughout the placement, you will be an integral part of Stryker’s2027 Cooperative cohort.

Tasks may include:

• Identifying aprocess improvement projectalong with your Stryker manager and College Supervisor.

• Provides support to the team and department in multiple areas, for example,engagement activities, recruitment, employee relations, administration support, & reportingacross multiple sites.

• Support the team in HR Generalist activities such asEmployee Relations, Comp & bens, general adminetc.

What you will need:

• Currently completing a college qualification in a business discipline,preferably in HR.

• Be interested and enthusiastic aboutpursuing a career in HR.

• Honesty, Integrity and discretion areessential.

• Self-motivated, flexible and hardworking. Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast and results orientated environment.

• Reliable, dependable and punctual.

• Organised, focusedand capable ofmulti-tasking.

• Goodanalytical andproblem solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skillsas well as a basic level of PC skills.

• Is ateam player and capable of working as part of amulti-disciplined team.
