Senior Middleware Engineer

Location - Gurugram (On-site)

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and supportIBM MQ environments, including Queue Managers, Queues, Channels, Listeners, Clustering, and Security.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize MQ infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise messaging solutions.

• Manage MQ upgrades, patching, capacity planning, security compliance, and disaster recovery initiatives.

• Develop and maintainPowerShell automation for deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and operational efficiency.

• Provide L2/L3 support, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve complex issues.

• Drive platform improvements, operational excellence, documentation, and modernization initiatives.

• Good to have experience administeringMicrosoft BizTalk Server, including applications, receive locations, send ports, orchestrations, pipelines, and host instances.
   

Your Profile
 

As a person you come across as team-player who is professional, analytical, solution-oriented, positive and energetic. You should also have proven experience with the below:

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience inIBM MQ administration and support within enterprise environments.

• Strong knowledge of messaging architecture, HA/DR configurations, MQ security (SSL/TLS), performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

• Proficiency inPowerShell scripting and automation, with exposure to middleware technologies, Windows Server, networking, and IT operations.

• Experience with platform upgrades, migrations, monitoring, and operational support for business-critical systems.

• Knowledge ofMicrosoft BizTalk Server administration is additional advantage.

• Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and drive initiatives from design through implementation.
