German Customer Support Agent – Lisbon, Portugal

We are looking for motivated candidates to join an international team in Lisbon, Portugal, as a Customer Support Agent.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain international work experience, work in a multicultural environment, and develop your professional career abroad.

Customer Support Agent

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week
  • Working hours: 07:00–16:00, on a rotating schedule
  • Always 2 days off per week
  • Training starting on 15 September

Main Responsibilities

Customer Support Agent

  • Providing customer assistance
  • Handling customer requests and resolving issues
  • Providing professional and customer-oriented support
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Previous experience is not required. We mainly value motivation, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for starting an international professional experience.

Training

The training will start on 15 September.

Requirements

  • Fluent or native-level German
  • English level B1 or above
  • EU citizenship or valid authorization to work in Europe
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Availability to work in Lisbon, Portugal

Salary and Benefits

  • Entry-level salary: €1,450 x 14 payments per year
  • Bonus: up to €150 x 12 payments per year
  • Language bonus: €100 x 12 payments per year
  • Additional bonuses for working hours and weekend shifts
