Our people are at the heart of our success and we are committed to building the leadership capability, talent pipelines, and performance culture needed to deliver our future ambitions.As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Manager to help drive our talent agenda, strengthen succession pipelines, enhance leadership capability, and enable a high-performance culture across the organisation.About the RoleThe Senior Talent Manager will play a critical role in designing and delivering talent initiatives across leadership development, succession planning, talent reviews, high-potential talent programmes, and performance management.Working closely with HR Business Partners and senior business leaders, this role will help identify, develop, and accelerate talent across Dyson's global organisation, ensuring we have the leadership strength and capability required for both current and future business needs.This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, programme leadership, data-driven decision making, and strong stakeholder management.AccountabilitiesSuccession PlanningPartner with HR and business leaders to deliver the annual succession planning process.Identify succession risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.Maintain succession plans for critical and enterprise roles.Monitor successor readiness and track development actions to accelerate progression.Provide insight and reporting on succession health and pipeline strength.Talent Reviews & Talent IdentificationLead talent review activities across functions and regions.Support calibration discussions to ensure consistency and quality of talent decisions.Identify high-potential talent and future leaders through robust assessment processes.Build talent profiles and development recommendations for key talent populations.Leadership DevelopmentDesign and deliver leadership development initiatives aligned to Dyson's capability requirements.Manage learning journeys for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders.Partner with external providers, facilitators, and coaches where required.Evaluate programme effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.Support executive and leadership team development activities.Performance ManagementSupport the design and execution of Dyson's performance management processes.Drive annual performance cycles, calibration discussions, and talent outcomes.Develop tools, guidance, and resources that help leaders drive performance.Promote a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and development.Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.Talent ProgrammesLead enterprise talent programmes including high-potential development, mentoring, coaching, and leadership acceleration initiatives.Manage programme governance, communications, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.Measure programme effectiveness using talent and business outcomes.Talent Analytics & InsightsAnalyse talent, succession, development, and performance data to identify trends and risks.Develop reports and dashboards for HR leadership and business stakeholders.Generate insights that support workforce and talent decisions.Use data to evaluate programme impact and inform future investment.Stakeholder PartnershipBuild strong relationships with HR Business Partners and business leaders globally.Act as a trusted advisor on talent and leadership development matters.Influence talent decisions through insight, evidence, and best practice.Support enterprise talent discussions and governance forums.Skills & ExperienceEssentialSignificant experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organisational Development, Learning & Development, or related disciplines.Experience managing succession planning and talent review processes in a global organisation.Strong understanding of performance management methodologies and talent assessment practices.Demonstrated experience delivering leadership development programmes.Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into action.Excellent communication and facilitation skills.PreferredExperience working within a technology, engineering, manufacturing, or product-led organisation.Experience supporting global leadership populations.Knowledge of talent assessment tools and psychometric methodologies.Coaching qualification or certification.
