Customer & Operations Representative (Part-Time, Fixed-Term)

Working at our Apex Car Rental branch based out by the Christchurch Airport, we have a part-time, fixed term position available as we ramp up for our peak season. Come join us our amazing team and represent our business in what we call a "Rental Operations Agent' capacity.

About the Role  

From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.

To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles from time to time.

What we are looking for:

• Full, clean, valid class 1driver’s licence is essential for this role.
• Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service. 
• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)
• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards. 

We operate 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday from 6 am to 10 pm where we are looking to fill a 20-hour shift during our operating hours.
