The Shareholder Services team plays a key role in delivering an exceptional investor experience, managing the onboarding of new investors and maintaining high standards of client servicethroughouttheinvestorlifecycle.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillgainexposuretoallaspectsoftheonboardingprocess,frominitialaccountset-upanddocumentationreviewthroughtoongoingduediligenceandregulatorychecks.

This role involves working with a diverse range of investors, including institutional clients, pension funds, familyoffices,andhigh-net-worthindividuals.Successinthepositionrequiresstrongorganizationalskills,attentiontodetail,excellentcommunicationabilities,andthecapacitytomanagemultipleprioritieswithinafast-pacedenvironment.

KeyResponsibilities

• Serveasaprimarypointofcontactforinvestors,buildingandmaintainingstrongclientrelationships.
• Supporttheonboardingofnewinvestors,ensuringalldocumentationiscompletedaccuratelyandinaccordancewithregulatoryrequirements.
• ReviewFATCA(ForeignAccountTaxComplianceAct)andCRS(CommonReportingStandard)documentationandperformrelatedduediligencechecks.
• Conductqualitycontrolreviewstoensureinvestorrecordsareaccurateandcomplete.
• Ensureadherencetointernalpolicies,procedures,andregulatoryobligationsonadailybasis.
• Buildandmaintaineffectiverelationshipswithinvestors,GeneralPartners,andinternalandexternalstakeholders.
• Proactivelyidentify,manage,andresolveclientserviceissues,ensuringtimelycommunicationandahighstandardofservicedelivery.
• Collaboratecloselywithcolleaguesandbusinesspartnersacrossmultipleinternationaloffices.
• Supporttheachievementofteamobjectivesandkeyperformanceindicatorsbyensuringtasksarecompletedaccuratelyandwithinagreedtimelines.
• Contributetoprocessimprovementsandinitiativesthatenhanceoperationalefficiencyandclientexperience.

Requirements

• NOTE: applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland. If on work permit, this must be valid for the duration of the contract term.
• Undergraduatedegreerequired(minimum2.2Honoursorequivalent).
• PreviousexperienceinTransferAgencyorInvestorServiceswithinthefundsindustry.
• Relevantprofessionalqualificationsorfurthereducationinarelateddisciplinewouldbeadvantageous.
• Self-motivatedindividualwithaproactiveandinnovativeapproachtowork.
• KnowledgeofAnti-MoneyLaundering(AML)processesisdesirable.
• Stronganalytical,problem-solving,andorganisationalskills.
• Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,withahighlevelofaccuracyandattentiontodetail.
• Abilitytoidentify,investigate,andresolveissues,includingmorecomplexmatters,withappropriateguidanceandescalationwhererequired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
