The Shareholder Services team plays a key role in delivering an exceptional investor experience, managing the onboarding of new investors and maintaining high standards of client servicethroughouttheinvestorlifecycle.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillgainexposuretoallaspectsoftheonboardingprocess,frominitialaccountset-upanddocumentationreviewthroughtoongoingduediligenceandregulatorychecks.
This role involves working with a diverse range of investors, including institutional clients, pension funds, familyoffices,andhigh-net-worthindividuals.Successinthepositionrequiresstrongorganizationalskills,attentiontodetail,excellentcommunicationabilities,andthecapacitytomanagemultipleprioritieswithinafast-pacedenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities
- Serveasaprimarypointofcontactforinvestors,buildingandmaintainingstrongclientrelationships.
- Supporttheonboardingofnewinvestors,ensuringalldocumentationiscompletedaccuratelyandinaccordancewithregulatoryrequirements.
- ReviewFATCA(ForeignAccountTaxComplianceAct)andCRS(CommonReportingStandard)documentationandperformrelatedduediligencechecks.
- Conductqualitycontrolreviewstoensureinvestorrecordsareaccurateandcomplete.
- Ensureadherencetointernalpolicies,procedures,andregulatoryobligationsonadailybasis.
- Buildandmaintaineffectiverelationshipswithinvestors,GeneralPartners,andinternalandexternalstakeholders.
- Proactivelyidentify,manage,andresolveclientserviceissues,ensuringtimelycommunicationandahighstandardofservicedelivery.
- Collaboratecloselywithcolleaguesandbusinesspartnersacrossmultipleinternationaloffices.
- Supporttheachievementofteamobjectivesandkeyperformanceindicatorsbyensuringtasksarecompletedaccuratelyandwithinagreedtimelines.
- Contributetoprocessimprovementsandinitiativesthatenhanceoperationalefficiencyandclientexperience.

Requirements
- NOTE: applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland. If on work permit, this must be valid for the duration of the contract term.
- Undergraduatedegreerequired(minimum2.2Honoursorequivalent).
- PreviousexperienceinTransferAgencyorInvestorServiceswithinthefundsindustry.
- Relevantprofessionalqualificationsorfurthereducationinarelateddisciplinewouldbeadvantageous.
- Self-motivatedindividualwithaproactiveandinnovativeapproachtowork.
- KnowledgeofAnti-MoneyLaundering(AML)processesisdesirable.
- Stronganalytical,problem-solving,andorganisationalskills.
- Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,withahighlevelofaccuracyandattentiontodetail.
- Abilitytoidentify,investigate,andresolveissues,includingmorecomplexmatters,withappropriateguidanceandescalationwhererequired.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
