Pay Range: $70 - $74/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain the Epicor ERP system hardware and software.
  • Assist with tier 1 and tier 2 support for the Epicor ERP system, including troubleshooting and incident management.
  • Perform daily system monitoring and ensure the integrity and availability of all hardware and systems.
  • Collaborate with project teams to facilitate change and release management activities.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge articles.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for system problems and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Track and report on Epicor performance, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational quality policies and procedures.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Experience with upgrading to Epicor ERP to version 10.x.
  • Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Microsoft.
  • Understanding or experience in the medical device industry.
  • Demonstrated project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and learn new technology quickly.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting ERP Software or equivalent enterprise systems support.
  • 3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server Database.
  • 2 years of experience in Incident and Problem management.
  • 1 year of experience documenting Knowledge Base Articles and SOPs.
  • Bachelor's degree with a technical major and3 years of related experience, or6 years of experience will satisfy degree and experience requirements.
  • Strong Epicor experience is essential.
  • Ability to interpret technical information for a non-technical audience.
