Key Responsibilities
Seeking an experienced Epic Willow Consultant with 5–8+ years of hands-on experience specifically in the Epic Willow module. The consultant will support Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) activities and work closely with healthcare/pharmacy stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Requirements
- 5–8+ years of relevant Epic Willow experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Epic Willow application support and maintenance.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues, incidents, and application enhancements.
- Experience with healthcare/pharmacy workflows.
- Epic Willow certification preferred/required as applicable.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
