Ideal Backgrounds: Candidates from large payer organizations (Client plans, Client/Optum, CVS/Healthcare, Client, Centene, Molina, Highmark, etc.) or large academic health systems (Johns Hopkins, Mayo, Cleveland Clinic, Healthcare, Intermountain, etc.) with experience in Epic interoperability, provider connectivity, Care Everywhere, Bridges, healthcare data exchange, interfaces, data mapping, and EMR integrations.
• Look for: hands-on experience in interfaces, data mapping, provider EMR connectivity, and system optimization.

Ideal Candidate Profile: IT-focused Epic Analyst with hands-on experience in Epic interoperability, provider EMR connectivity, Care Everywhere, Bridges, interfaces, data mapping, data exchange, and system optimization.
• Ideal candidates may hold titles such as: Epic Integration Analyst, Epic Interoperability Analyst, Epic Bridges Analyst, Senior Epic Analyst, or Epic Technical Analyst and have experience supporting healthcare data integrations within payer, provider, or consulting environments.

Certifications: The more the better but relevant technical Epic experience is the primary focus. Flexible on any of these Certs or combo of them:
• Most relevant: Bridges, Care Everywhere
• Also helpful: Healthy Planet, EpicCare Ambulatory, Referrals & Authorizations, Health Information Management (HIM)

What they'll be working on:

Provider EMR connectivity, including configuration and data exchange
Targeted extract creation and optimization
Filtering and mapping configuration
Membership delivery
Troubleshooting and optimization efforts

Experience:

No specific years-of-experience requirement; focus is on candidates who align with the Epic interoperability, integration, and provider connectivity requirements.
Preferred backgrounds include payer organizations, large academic health systems, or Epic consulting firms.
Seeking a senior-level Epic professional who has supported enterprise-scale Epic initiatives.
People management experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong hands-on Epic Analysts without direct management experience will be considered.
Experience limited to project/program management alone is likely not sufficient.
Clinical background is a nice-to-have, but not required.
