Internship - Environmental, Health and Safety Analyst - M&A Team

We are looking for anIntern to join our M&A team supporting environmental, health & safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) due diligence projects.

Key tasks:

• Assist in the execution ofenvironmental and health and safety due diligence assessments
• Support the preparation ofcommercial proposals for M&A due diligence projects
• Contribute to analyses related toEU Taxonomy alignment and ESG criteria
• Support data collection, document review, and preparation oftechnical reports and deliverables
• Conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Requirements:

• Academic background inEnvironmental Science, Environmental Engineering (or related fields), Health & Safety, Law.
• Basic knowledge ofenvironmental and/or occupational health & safety topics
• Interest inEHS regulations, ESG and sustainability consulting
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required
