The Environmental Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing environmental compliance strategies and technical solutions across Chevron operations and projects. The role provides subject matter expertise on air emissions, water management, waste management, and environmental compliance requirements while partnering with stakeholders across the business to identify risks, improve performance, and ensure regulatory obligations are met.
The Environmental Engineer works closely with Operations, Wells, Major Capital Projects, Maintenance, Facilities Engineering, HSE, Regulatory Affairs, and external regulators to support environmentally responsible and compliant operations.
Develop and implement environmental compliance strategies for air emissions, water management, waste management, and other key environmental aspects to ensure compliance with regulatory approvals, environmental legislation, and company requirements.
