Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Coordinate the monthly forecast, quarterly outlook, and annual planning process across SEA.
- Consolidate country submissions and ensure alignment with regional and corporate requirements.
- Support preparation and loading of forecasts, plans, and budgets into financial systems (e.g., HFM).
- Track Risks & Opportunities (R&O) and provide regular updates to management.
Performance Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports and business performance reviews.
- Analyse revenue, orders, sales, EBIT, margin, SG&A, cash flow, and working capital performance.
- Identify key business drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide insightful commentary and recommendations to support management decision-making.
Business Partnering
- Partner with country finance teams to improve forecast accuracy and understand business performance.
- Support reviews with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Service, NE and MOD teams.
- Challenge assumptions and provide financial guidance to improve profitability and cash flow.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Monitor DSO, collections, unbilled receivables, inventory, E&O, and other working capital metrics.
- Support initiatives to improve cash flow and working capital performance.
- Track execution of cash recovery action plans across OAs.
Management Presentation & Executive Reporting
- Prepare executive-level presentations for Regional CFO, Managing Director, AP Finance, and Corporate reviews.
- Develop financial dashboards and performance scorecards.
- Support quarterly business reviews, forecast reviews, and annual plan presentations.
Ad Hoc Projects
- Support strategic initiatives, business cases, investment evaluations, and special projects.
- Conduct profitability, pricing, productivity, and cost analyses.
- Assist in due diligence and business performance improvement initiatives where required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of FP&A, commercial finance, audit, or business finance experience.
- Experience in a multinational and matrix organisation preferred.
- Experience supporting regional operations across multiple countries is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HFM, JDE or equivalent ERP systems.
- Power BI, Sigma, Tableau, or other analytics tools preferred.
- Strong financial modelling and data analysis capabilities.

This job scope would fit well for aRegional FP&A Analyst reporting to the Finance & SEA FP&A Lead, with strong exposure to planning, forecast, cash flow, performance management, and executive reviews across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the broader SEA region.
