Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of operational support tasks related to loan servicing and document handling
• Review, process, and maintain documentation with a high level of accuracy
• Support shipping, mail handling, and related administrative workflows
• Assist with data entry, tracking, reporting, and record maintenance
• Follow established procedures, compliance standards, and internal guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and service expectations
• Maintain confidentiality and strong attention to detail in all assigned work

PreferredQualifications:

• Entry-level candidates or recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with loan servicing systems (preferred).
• Prior experience in operations, administrative support, document processing, data entry, mailroom, shipping, logistics, or financial services
• Exposure to lending, banking, mortgage, or loan-related processes is a plus, but not required
• Recent graduates with backgrounds in Business, Finance, MIS, Criminal Justice, or related fields are encouraged to apply
