Central Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivatedPhysical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team for aconsistent PRN weekend opportunity.

This position is ideal for an experienced clinician or a therapist looking for a flexible weekend schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

PRN Weekend Opportunity

• Weekend coverage: Saturday or Sunday —flexible based on your availability

• Hours:5–8 hours per weekend on a consistent basis

• Pay:$68–$72/hour

• Additional hours: ➕Opportunity to pick up additional hours if desired

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist (PT) License in good standing required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, resident-centered approach

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
