Description:

SSO/MFA Authentication Services
-Support all Customer Single Sign On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) System administration requirements. Provider will perform SSO/MFA administration Services across Customer's IT Environment.
- Perform monitoring, maintenance, and operational support of all authentication Systems, platforms, and tools including SSL renewals, upgrades, and patches
- Provide legacy SSO solutions management including federation with multiple IdP's
- MFA integrations as needed for security remediation
- Security policy, compliance, and controls management.

General
· Must be able to work in rotational shifts
· Must have a strong security mind-set
· Have good communication skills
· Experience in MIM solution management is a plus
· Preferably worked in support role for a large enterprise
· Relevant certifications in Azure AD are desirable
