Entertainment Manager

The Entertainment Manager onboard P&O Ferries is responsible for the day-to-day operation of all onboard entertainment and programming, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through high-quality entertainment offerings, effective team leadership, and seamless operational execution. This role provides leadership, coaching, and development for the onboard entertainment team while maintaining strong partnerships with shipboard departments and shoreside operations.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and motivating a diverse team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong public speaking and microphone presentation skills.
• Ability to host events including and not limited to game shows, quizzes and bingo. 
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrated respect for performers and entertainers.
• Ability to sing and/or play a musical instrument.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred

• College degree or relevant education in Entertainment, Performing Arts, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
• Conversational Dutch language skills.
• Previous experience in cruise, hospitality, resort, or live entertainment operations.
