Client is executing a significant ERP and business transformation across Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Corporate functions.
While the program has strong product and delivery leadership, we are seeking a senior architect who can bridge business objectives, operational requirements, and technology decisions into a cohesive enterprise vision.
This role is focused on helping the organization answer:
• Where are we going?
• What business capabilities are we trying to create?
• How do Finance and Manufacturing fit into the future operating model?
• How do our ERP initiatives support that vision?
• How do we communicate that vision to senior leadership?
This is a hands-on, outcome-oriented role that combines elements of enterprise architecture, business architecture, solution strategy, and transformation leadership.
What You Will Own
Build the Enterprise View
Create a clear picture of how business processes, applications, data, and operating models come together to support Finance and Manufacturing transformation.
Connect Technology Decisions to Business Outcomes
Translate ERP design decisions into business impacts.
Help business leaders understand:
• Why certain decisions matter
• What capabilities are being enabled
• What organizational impacts should be expected
• Where opportunities for standardization exist
Partner with Delivery Teams
Work closely with:
• ERP Product Manager
• ERP Delivery Lead
• Business SMEs
• Solution Architects
• Integration Architects
• Change Management teams
to ensure transformation decisions are aligned and support the broader enterprise vision.
Develop Executive-Level Material
Prepare clear and concise presentations for senior leadership.
Translate complex technical discussions into messages suitable for:
• CIO
• Executive Management Committee
• CEO briefings
• Steering Committees
The ability to simplify complexity and tell a compelling business story is critical.
Define Future-State Architecture
Develop practical views of:
• Business capabilities
• Business processes
• Operating models
• Application landscape
• Data flows
• System interactions
without creating excessive architecture documentation or governance overhead.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
• Has deep experience with ERP-enabled business transformation.
• Understands Finance and Manufacturing business processes.
• Can converse comfortably with technical architects and business leaders.
• Has developed enterprise roadmaps and transformation strategies.
• Is highly analytical but pragmatic.
• Enjoys turning ambiguity into clarity.
• Can challenge assumptions while building consensus.
• Produces executive-quality presentations and recommendations.
Preferred Experience
• 12–15+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, ERP Transformation, Technology Consulting, or Business Transformation.
• Experience supporting global ERP initiatives.
• Experience working in Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, or comparable ERP platforms.
Oracle Cloud experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate combines ERP transformation expertise, strong business and technology integration skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts through clear executive-level presentations and recommendations. Experience with global ERP modernization programs and enterprise platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft is an asset. The role is not focused on infrastructure architecture, software development, IT operations, or heavy framework-driven architecture governance (e.g., TOGAF-centric roles), but rather on driving business transformation, alignment, and decision-making through practical enterprise architecture.
