๐ก About the Role
AtRevoU, we help organizations build the capabilities they need to keep up with a rapidly changing world.
We work with leading companies in Indonesia to design and deliver learning programs across AI, digital, data, technology, leadership, and other emerging areas.
But enterprise clients rarely come to us with a perfectly defined problem.
A client may ask for an AI training, a leadership program, or a specific workshop. Our job is to go deeper: understand what they are actually trying to solve, determine where RevoU can create the most value, and design a solution that is compelling for the client while still practical for our team to deliver well.
As anEnterprise Solutions & Strategy Analyst, you will work at the center of that process.
You will research unfamiliar industries and business problems, shape tailored learning solutions, and turn them into clear stories that clients can understand quickly. You will also help us make sense of what happens after delivery, turning program results into insights and recommendations for the client.
The role sits across bothcommercial and operations. You need to think about what will make a client choose RevoU, while also understanding what we can realistically customize and execute well.
This is an entry-level role, and fresh graduates are welcome. But you will not be working only on junior tasks. You will own meaningful parts of live enterprise projects, create work that goes directly to clients, and report directly to a senior RevoU leader.
If you enjoy research, case competitions, consulting clubs, problem solving, and building great presentations, this role will give you many of the same muscles you would develop early in a consulting career, with direct exposure to how solutions are actually sold and delivered.
๐ฏ What We Are Looking For
Shape solutions to real client problems
Go beyond what is written in the client brief. You will:
Understand the client's business, context, and underlying capability needs
Research their industry, challenges, and relevant benchmarks
Identify which RevoU capabilities are most relevant to the problem
Help design the learning journey, program structure, content, and delivery approach
Decide where customization creates meaningful value and where it adds unnecessary complexity
Help position RevoU's solution so it clearly stands out from other alternatives
The goal is not simply to give the client what they ask for. It is to help us develop the solution that best addresses their problem and that RevoU is uniquely positioned to deliver.
Turn complex thinking into clear client stories
A good solution is only valuable if the client can quickly understand why it matters. You will:
Structure the storyline behind client proposals and recommendations
Turn research and ideas into clear, concise messages
Build client-facing decks that are strong in both substance and visual quality
Simplify complex ideas without losing what matters
Present information in a way that helps senior stakeholders quickly understand the problem, solution, and value
Iterate quickly based on feedback from senior team members
We care about bothwhat the slide says and how the slide communicates it.
Balance commercial value with delivery feasibility
The strongest solution is not always the most customized one. You will work across commercial and delivery teams to help answer questions such as:
What will make this solution compelling enough for the client to buy?
What parts need to be tailored to the client's context?
What can we reuse from RevoU's existing capabilities?
Where does customization create real value?
At what point does additional complexity make the program difficult to deliver well?
You will learn to think about the full business trade-off, not just one side of it.
Research whatever the problem requires
One project may require you to understand how banks are adopting AI. Another may require you to understand leadership capability, digital transformation, or workforce trends in a completely different industry. You will:
Quickly get up to speed on unfamiliar topics
Find credible information from multiple sources
Benchmark companies, industries, and relevant practices
Separate meaningful insights from noise
Synthesize large amounts of information into a few useful conclusions
Use research to strengthen our solution, not simply fill slides
Turn delivery into insights and impact
Your work does not stop once the proposal is won. After a program is delivered, you will help answer:
Did we deliver what we promised? What happened? What did we learn? What should the client take away from it?
You will:
Analyze training data, assessments, participant feedback, and project outputs
Identify meaningful patterns and insights from the delivery
Connect program outcomes back to the client's original goals
Build clear client-facing reports and presentations
Help identify areas for improvement and opportunities for the client to go further
The goal is not just to report activities. It is to help the client understand the value created.
Use AI to work better
We expect you to use AI extensively as part of your work. You should use it to:
Accelerate research
Explore unfamiliar topics
Structure ideas
Challenge your thinking
Synthesize information
Improve writing and presentations
Work faster without lowering the quality bar
But AI output is not automatically correct. You will still be responsible for validating facts, challenging weak conclusions, and ensuring everything we send to a client is accurate.
โ What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who can find the right information, make sense of it, and communicate it clearly.
You should have:
Strong research skills. You can quickly understand an unfamiliar topic, find credible information, and identify what actually matters.
Strong structured thinking. You can take an ambiguous client request or a large amount of messy information and turn it into a logical problem, clear storyline, and practical solution.
Excellent PowerPoint or Google Slides skills. You can build presentations that are strong in both substance and design. Your slides should help people understand the idea faster, not just make the information look prettier.
Strong visual judgment. You understand hierarchy, layout, charts, and how to present information clearly.
Strong writing and communication skills. You can communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Commercial judgment. You are interested in understanding why a client would choose one solution over another, not just how the solution should be designed.
Attention to detail. A wrong number, weak source, inconsistent argument, or typo in a client-facing document damages credibility. You take accuracy seriously.
Comfort with ambiguity. Client problems are rarely perfectly defined. You are comfortable figuring things out, asking the right questions, and making progress with incomplete information.
High ownership and openness to feedback. You take responsibility for your work, learn quickly, and are comfortable having your work challenged and improved through multiple iterations.
Strong AI fluency. You actively use AI to produce better work, while knowing when to trust it and when to verify it.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience throughstudent consulting clubs, case competitions, research projects, internships, business organizations, or other demanding extracurricular activities is highly relevant.
๐ What You Will Get
This role is designed for someone who wants to build strong business fundamentals early in their career.
Work on real problems, not simulations
You will work on live enterprise opportunities and projects. The research you conduct, solutions you design, and decks you build will be used with real clients.
Learn the full problem-solving cycle
You will repeatedly practice the same core skills used in consulting and other high-performing business roles:
Research โ structure the problem โ design the solution โ communicate it โ deliver โ evaluate the result
You will see the work from both commercial and delivery perspectives instead of only one part of the process.
Get unusually high ownership early
You will not spend your first year only supporting from the sidelines.
You will be trusted with meaningful parts of client solutions and expected to develop your own point of view, defend your thinking, and improve it through feedback.
Work directly with senior leaders
You will report directly to a senior RevoU leader and work closely with senior people across the company.
That means regular exposure to how they think about clients, commercial decisions, program design, and business trade-offs, as well as frequent feedback on your own work.
Build highly transferable skills
The skills you build here are useful far beyond the learning industry. You will strengthen your ability to:
Research unfamiliar problems quickly
Structure ambiguous information
Develop recommendations
Build strong business presentations
Communicate with senior stakeholders
Balance commercial goals with operational realities
Use AI as part of your everyday problem-solving workflow
These are skills that translate directly into future roles in consulting, strategy, business operations, business development, and other problem-solving roles.
