Summary:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and development of sophisticated solutions that span multiple service areas and business domains. This role requires orchestrating the integration of diverse components and capabilities to create cohesive, value-driven outcomes aligned with the client s strategic objectives. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions not only meet technical requirements but also support the broader organizational goals. The architect plays a pivotal role in steering transformational initiatives by providing visionary guidance and ensuring seamless execution across complex environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance solution design and delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing end-to-end integrated solutions across multiple service domains.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering value-driven outcomes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities to engage effectively with diverse teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
