Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in project management, leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion.
Strong knowledge ofproject management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams, drive accountability, and ensure project success.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting.
Experience in risk mitigation, issue resolution, and change management.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and optimizing resources.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
Experience inenterprise transformation, IT, or regulatory compliance projects is a plus.
Familiarity withportfolio management, business analysis, and organizational change management.

Previous experience in [specific industry, if applicable] leading high-profile strategic initiatives
