As aEDIM IntegrationSenior Associate, you will be a key member of our Data and Digital Services (DDS) Enterprise Data Integration & Migration (EDIM) team and will be responsible of performing billable client work, including but not limited to development and maintenance or support, and solution design, providing estimates, execution of tasks, documentation, and standards compliance. This role requires programming experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be client-focused and team-oriented. In this role, you will be a valued member of our technical team with other developers, you will be responsible of all phases of the development lifecycle using a defined project methodology, and will report directly to a Technical Supervisor. This position also requires maintaining ongoing relationships with key Application Development US team contacts.

In this role, as a Senior Developer, you may have the opportunity to be a Project Lead, coordinating resources and assignments within your assigned projects, driving delivery of your assigned projects and team and provide updates to the project stakeholders. You will have technical oversight for development and delivery of large-scale project deliverables and provide guidance and assistance to other developers.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations between package softwaresolutions

• Ability to work closely with clients and functional consultants to translate user requirements into functional specifications then into technical development

• Create estimates for assigneddevelopments

• Create technical designdocuments

• Perform solutiondevelopment

• Debugging issues and providingsolutions

• Perform developer testing and quality assurance(QA)

• Perform peer code reviews ensuring best practices are beingmet

• Provide support of yourdeliverables

• Perform deployment to environments andconfiguration

• Assist and guide otherdevelopers

• Serve as a mentor and trainer to others, primarily in technicalaspects

• Contribute to shared knowledge repositories for code best practices, tips andtricks

• Assist with data architecture, data conversion and system performanceimprovement

• Report daily progress on development and issueresolution

• Follow the software development lifecycle process, including timely updates to our internalsystems

• Maintain a high level of ownership and see assignments through to completion based on agreed upondeadlines

• When assigned as a Project Lead, coordinate resources and assignments within your assignedprojects

BasicQualifications

• 5+ years of full-time practical work experience in relatedfields

• 3+ years practical and technical experience in integrationsdevelopment

• Knowledge of Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato,Celigo, or other integrationplatforms

• ERP or CRMexperience

• Ability to apply system design and developmentmethodologies

• Ability to interface with clients to understand their current business and accountingprocesses

• Knowledge of technical and businesswriting

• Good oral and communicationskills

• A team player with a sense forinitiative

• Ability to learn new business processes or applicationsquickly

• Goal-oriented with an eye forquality

• Demonstrates leadershipskills

• Fluent in Spanish and English (Excellent English writing and speakingskills)

PreferredQualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or relatedfield

• Experience working with Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato, Celigo, or other integrationplatforms

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Salesforce, and/orIntacct
