Who you'll be:
As an Enterprise Asset Manager, you will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of comprehensive asset inventories across both on-premise and cloud environments within a large, complex enterprise. You will ensure the integration of cybersecurity considerations throughout asset lifecycle management, collaborate closely with cybersecurity teams, and support regulatory compliance efforts including ISMA, NIST, and ISO 27001 frameworks.
What you'll do:
- Lead and oversee asset classification, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to support vulnerability management, configuration management, and risk assessments.
- Integrate asset data into security operations, incident response, and compliance initiatives.
- Support regulatory compliance efforts and participate in audits.
- Utilize ITAM/EAM platforms and CMDB solutions such as ServiceNow, Flexera, Ivanti, and BMC.
- Leverage asset discovery tools and techniques for network, endpoint, and cloud environments.
- Develop and track KPIs and metrics using data analysis and reporting tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage asset management tools, integrating asset data into security and risk management frameworks.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- 3 years of experience in a lead or managerial capacity within a large, complex enterprise environment.
- Proven experience with asset classification, prioritization, and lifecycle management, integrating cybersecurity considerations.
- Experience collaborating with cybersecurity teams on vulnerability management, configuration management, and risk assessments.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks such as FISMA, NIST, ISO 27001.
- Expert-level knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, ISO 19700).
- Strong understanding of software licensing models, compliance, and optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with automation concepts and scripting for asset data collection and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in discovery tools and techniques for network, endpoint, and cloud environments.
- Active Secret clearance and one or more relevant certifications such as CITAM, CSAM, ITIL, CISSP, or CISM.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
