Job Title: Enterprise Architect

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite/Hybrid as required)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experiencedEnterprise Architect to define and drive domain-specific architecture standards, technology strategy, and roadmaps. This role will guide near-term (0–18 months) and mid/long-term (18–60 months) architectural direction in alignment with enterprise strategies. The ideal candidate will act as a domain SME and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape future-state technologies and ensure consistent execution across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish domain-specificarchitecture standards, strategy, and technology roadmaps

• Define and drivenear-term (0–18 months) andmid/long-term (18–60 months) architectural direction

• Create and communicatefuture-state architecture vision

• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and governance

• Provide guidance on the implementation of architecture decisions

• Collaborate with engineering, business, and leadership teams

• Act as subject matter expert for domain-specific technologies

• Support system design, modernization, and integration initiatives

Required Experience & Skills

• 10–15 years of IT experience (programming, engineering, systems analysis)

• Broad understanding of enterprise information systems and architecture

• 4+ years of strong experience with:

  • J2EE application servers & containers

    • WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, Spring, etc.

  • TIBCO suite (integration, messaging, orchestration)

  • Informatica tools (PowerCenter, IDQ)

• 4+ years of experience with:

  • SOA, ESB

  • JMS messaging

  • XML, Web Services

  • Transaction and integration technologies

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and architectural thinking

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive long-term vision
