  • Troubleshoot complex enterprise application issues and provide Tier II/III support.
  • Coordinate with Ellucian and other third-party vendors for support, implementation, upgrades, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain current system documentation, operating procedures, configuration records, and knowledge articles.

  • Partner with institutional offices to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and business processes.
  • Support data conversion, reconciliation, validation, and migration activities associated with ERP and enterprise application projects.
  • Participate in data governance initiatives and help implement standards for institutional data quality, stewardship, access, and documentation.

Integrations & Automation

  • Design, develop, support, and troubleshoot integrations between enterprise systems using APIs, integration platforms, database methods, file exchanges, and other appropriate technologies.
  • Support integrations involving Ellucian PowerCampus and third-party higher education platforms such as admissions/CRM (Slate), payment, learning, document, and other SaaS systems.
  • Develop workflow automations and process improvements using Microsoft Power Platform or comparable tools.
  • Monitor integration health, investigate failures, and maintain technical documentation for interfaces and data flows.

Microsoft 365 & Enterprise Technology Support

  • Support Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Entra ID, and Power Platform solutions.

  • Work closely with functional offices to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
  • Provide responsive, customer-focused service and communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of IT service delivery, documentation, change management, and operational processes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned consistent with the scope and level of the position.
