We are looking for aFinancial Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations. You will work closely with HR and Operations to ensure accurate payroll, reporting, and financial processes.

About you:

• Relevant work experience in finance or accounting - no less than 2 years;

• Confident knowledge of accounting and Financial reporting;

• Advanced knowledge of Excel / MS Office;

• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level, both spoken and written;

• Native or fluent Ukrainian;

• Ability to learn quickly and work within deadlines in a challenging environment;

• Confidentiality and attention to detail in handling sensitive financial information;

• Strong communication skills.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of 1C accounting;

• Work experience in Big 4 and ACCA qualification would be a plus.

  
  

What goals will you have?:

• Close cooperation with Operations and HR departments to ensure accurate payroll calculation and reporting; consulting colleagues on various payroll-related questions;

• Active participation in yearly and monthly reporting process - preparing calculations, accounting entries posting, accruals recognition, preparation and review of financial statements;

• Monitoring of cash balances and payment schedules, initiation of wire payments;

• Сoordination of the process of communication with external accountants and auditors, including collection, review and organization of financial documentation for the company, as well as replies to various info requests;

• Assistance with revenue-related activities, including calculations, issuing sales invoices and supporting revenue reconciliations;

• Assistance with ad-hoc finance duties as required.
