As part of our expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualifiedEngineering Technician to join its team. Reporting to theProcess Engineering Manager.

An overview of your responsibilities:

This Technician position will require a hands-on individual that can work with manufacturing and production team to evaluate, implement, develop, and maintain solutions to complex manufacturing process.

In this role, you will:

• Evaluate & Develop assembly processes based on manufacturing best practices.

• Support the manufacturing process and suggesting improvements.

• Support the time study evaluations & suggest ideas for improvement.

• Support process engineer with activities related to the manufacturing process.

• Provide work instructions updates based on feedback from failures and corrective actions.

• Work with the process and design engineer to document and follow up corrective actions for process optimization.

• Work with the engineering organization to define part exchange strategies in case of deviations to the manufacturing process.

• Support run trials and provide feedback about feasibility.

• Support, review and update training documents and work instructions.

• Equipment troubleshooting as needed.

• Minor operation of equipment involved in the production process.

• Follow plant safety policies and procedures and proactively identify unsafe conditions.

Experience and Responsibilities

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.

• Knowledge on LEAN MANUFACTURING

• Failure Diagnoses and root cause analysis

• Participate on the H&S programs

• Self-motivated individual, enthusiastic to learn and improvise, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
