Engineering Manager - Vermont/Canada

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Review and verify GD&T, tolerancing, and critical-to quality (CTQ) features in mold and machine components.
• Audit mold validation reports, PPAP submissions, and process capability studies.
• Evaluate mold and machine design processes for adherence to DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.

• Having more than 10 Years of Experience in Engineering Department of Manufacturing Company preferably in Injection Molding/ Plastic production Company.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in quality auditing or engineering in an injection molding environment
• Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerancing, and manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding of Hot runner & Controller Design & Strong understanding of injection molding processes, tooling, and materials.

• Bachelor's/master's degree in mechanical engineering/ Tool Design, or related field.
