Job Description
Role Summary: Fully responsible for the management and maintenance of production equipment, facilities, and engineering activities, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. Leading preventive maintenance, equipment reliability improvement, and root cause analysis to minimize downtime and enhance production capacity. Managing engineering projects, energy conservation, maintenance costs, and supplier performance; driving continuous improvement and 5S implementation; developing and leading the maintenance team; and ensuring outsourced services comply with customer social responsibility audit standards (e.g., IKEA IWAY, SMETA, etc.).
Your Responsibilities
 
1.         Responsible for the management of all production equipment/facilities and the implementation of maintenance plans to ensure orderly production operations.
2.         Implement and enforce a preventive maintenance system for process equipment and peripheral public facilities, including buildings, and supervise the completion of scheduled PM for process equipment according to plan.
3.         Conduct root cause analysis for equipment and production line issues, identify root causes, and develop and implement effective solutions.
4.         Improve the production capacity of process equipment and reduce equipment downtime due to failures.
5.         Coordinate and organize suppliers to complete maintenance, retrofitting, and continuous improvement of process equipment, while effectively controlling project costs and construction quality.
6.         Develop the department's annual maintenance budget and effectively control and reduce equipment maintenance costs.
7.         Support factory expansion projects, complete the installation and commissioning of related equipment, and ensure construction safety, cost, and quality.
8.         Draft and review construction contracts related to repair, maintenance, and engineering; supervise implementation and manage effectively.
9.         Guide and assist maintenance supervisors and engineers in resolving technical difficulties encountered during equipment operation.
10.       Establish energy conservation plans, develop and implement energy-saving measures, and support senior managers in effectively controlling product manufacturing costs.
11.       Develop and manage suppliers, sign annual equipment maintenance contracts, and order and establish safety stock for maintenance spare parts.
12.       Develop maintenance procedures, establish maintenance records, organize equipment failure root cause analysis, and promote and implement the 5S system.
13.       Responsible for the performance appraisal of maintenance personnel, promote training, and guide maintenance staff in fulfilling their respective job responsibilities and development plans.
14.       Monitor the department's outsourced services to ensure compliance with customer social responsibility audit requirements, such as IKEA's IWAY requirements, SMETA requirements, etc.
 Your ProfileÂ
1.         Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechatronics, automation engineering, or other science and technology fields; FMCG industry experience preferred.
2.         Thorough knowledge of maintenance and repair of beverage industry processing equipment, with at least three years of relevant equipment maintenance management experience.
3.         Extensive experience in engineering project design and implementation, proficient in drawing mechanical, electrical, and process flow diagrams.
4.         Ability to independently complete new installation and retrofitting projects at the factory.
5.         Rich experience in managing maintenance and engineering teams.
6.         Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
7.         Excellent teamwork awareness and practice, with good interpersonal communication skills.
8.         Good command of English.
