The CMX1 internship program will be a 9-week program covering June throughJuly of 2026 with the majority of the work being fully remote or in office inLawrence, KS. The program includes a balance between on-the-job learning,project-based opportunities, professional development, leadership exposure, andsocial/networking events throughout the summer. Interns will have theopportunity to have hands-on experience within our software development,internal IT, or cyber security teams and will work together on a project that theywill present at the end of the internship.

Requirements
Rising Junior or Senior with a major in Computer Science, Software
Engineering, or a related field.
History of academic success
Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide
variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must be organized, self-motivated, and have high attention to detail and
problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance individual and team effort in collaborative processes
while meeting deadlines.
