In the assigned Job Role of Engineering Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:⦁ Run stakeholder workshops and interviews to capture critical system and technical specifications
⦁ Contribute in design alternatives evaluation using advanced engineering tools, to achieve consensus on optimal approaches and create detailed design concepts for components and/ or systems.
⦁ Leverage feedback from testing and user interactions, to develop and assess prototypes in ensure alignment with project goals
⦁ Develop specialized solution specifications for engineering projects and run advanced testing to ensure solutions meet technical and performance requirements
⦁ Execute prototyping efforts, applying expertise to model design concepts, and lead testing and feedback synthesis to refine prototypes
⦁ Run integration projects, solving complex technical challenges and enhance system functionality, through usage of engineering tools and methodologies
⦁ Optimize system performance through targeted tuning, improving efficiency and addressing reliability concerns
⦁ Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions, ensuring thorough understanding of engineering outcomes across teams

Required Skill and Experience
- Provide PLM domain expertise for Food & Beverage processes (Ingredient Mgmt, Formulation, Packaging, Artwork,etc.) leveraging extensive experience in consumer products and food industries Digital specifications, Ingredient/allergen/nutritional data models, Recipe ulation, Labeling & claims, Regulatory rules, validations, and intelligence workflows- Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, data models, integration requirements and governance frameworks for formulation and Oracle PLM Cloud and connected enterprise platforms.
- Lead discovery, blueprinting and solution-design workshops; define future-state PLM processes; recommend industry practices; and support global process harmonization.
- Facilitate CRP, UAT, training, and documentation.
Preferred Skill and Experience
- Manage scope, resources, budgets, schedules, risks and dependencies; establish governance; and coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams.- Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, facilitate executive and working sessions, communicate design decisions, and support proposals, implementation estimates and transformation roadmaps.
- Implementation and Delivery: Guide configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, deployment, adoption and hypercare while maintaining alignment with agreed business outcomes.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
