Position: CNC Operator
Duration: 18 months contract (possible extension or conversion)
Location: Pontiac, IL
Typical task breakdown:
- Assist Manufacturing Engineers to:
- Develop documentation for properly operating CNC equipment
- Measure parts, statistically analyze the results
- Install and runoff new CNC machines
- Coordination of machine installation
Professional office environment. Business casual required. Will be required to access the factory floor regularly.
Education & Experience Required:
Years of experience: High school plus 1+ years of similar experience (including farm work, STEM clubs, etc.)

- Clear writing skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal follow up once trained.

- Some knowledge of mechanical systems
- Desired career path into engineering or similar technical fields
