Key Accountabilities ：

• Contact with sales for define order information per customer request
• Design GA drawings for coming sales orders
• Special design for special orders
• Prepare design BOM and Material list for general sales orders
• Routing time release for new design products
• Onsite technical support and service, resolve manufacturing problems for production team
• Process standardization and prepare WI/SOP
• Production support for special fixtures and tools design.
• Others

Key Qualifications & Requirements 

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

Technical Competence & Skills:

• At least 3 years in the industry, 2 years in same position
• Engineering background
• AutoCAD/UG/Solid works skills
• Mechanical design and manufacturing or related education background

Leadership Competence:

• Experience of lead improvement projects
• Good communication skills

Relevant Experience:

Equipment fabrication relevant industry plant experience

Others (% of travel, language, etc.):

Fluent English communication
