Professional Liability Attorney - Architects and Engineer Errors & Omissions / Construction Defect - Westchester, NY

Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of dedicated service, is seeking an Architects and Engineer Errors & Omissions / Construction Defect Attorney (“A&E/CD”) with5+ years of experience for itsWestchester office.

The Opportunity

Specifically, we are seeking candidates who have experience representingdesign professionals, developers, and contractors in complex construction defect property cases.  Preferably candidates for this position will have aproven trial track record, and experience at thestate and federal level.  Candidates should have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage a caseload independently with appropriate support. 

We are extremely proud of oursophisticated A&E/CD practice, and our attorney's abilities not only to try cases, but leverage their experience and reputation to achieve excellent results and reach creative resolutions for our clients and their insurers.

The A&E/CD practice group isteam-work based and client focused with the opportunity forclient interaction and practice growth.

Compensation Range:$130,000 - $200,000 which is negotiable dependent on experience level and portable business.
