Description

• Provide technical solutions across various systems and applications.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Support IT systems with a focus on minimizing operational risk.
• Coordinate closely with application, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Ensure business continuity during technical operations.
• Perform migration activities during evenings and weekends.
• Support migration and cutover activities through August 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze technical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Support storage and server migrations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Execute environment build activities and testing.
• Conduct post-migration validation and decommissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in storage and server migration processes.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Proficiency in coordinating with multiple teams.
• Understanding of operational risk management.
