Job Summary

Job Description

• Define, design, and evolve Broadband and Wi-Fi Core Network architecture to ensure scalability, resiliency, security, and alignment with business growth and service requirements.
• Forecast network demand and traffic growth, perform capacity planning, identify risks and bottlenecks, and manage hardware/software lifecycle, including technology refresh and EoL/EoS strategies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, conduct technical validations (PoC/PoV), and develop short-, medium-, and long-term technology roadmaps, migration strategies, and modernization plans.
• Ensure network designs support operational excellence through monitoring, troubleshooting, service assurance, implementation governance, migration planning, risk management, and operational handover readiness.
• Develop planning tools, dashboards, and automation capabilities to support data-driven decision making, while managing CAPEX/OPEX planning, procurement requirements, vendor engagement, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Operations, NOC, IT, Security, and vendors to drive continuous improvement, service reliability, customer experience enhancement, and business continuity/disaster recovery readiness across network platforms.
