Location: (Hybrid preferred) at SFO , CA 94105 OR NY, NY 10013 OR Washington, DC 20001 (WFH okay for the right fit)
Contract duration : 7 months ( Sep 1, 2026 – Mar 31, 2027)

Pay Rate:  $145/hr on W2
 
Job Description:
As an Enforcement Operations Specialist on the Safeguards Team, you will be responsible for labeling data which will be used for classifier development, implementing enforcement workflows, engaging in communications with customers on user safety, reviewing flagged content for possible account abuse violations, and evaluating new models and products for harm. You will be assigned to the Enforcement Team and work closely with the Policy Managers, Threat Investigators, Enforcement Analysts, and Machine Learning Engineers to implement and refine our enforcement mechanisms.

• In this position you may be exposed to and engage with explicit content spanning a range of topics.
Responsibilities:

• Label data across policy categories to ensure high levels of precision and recall in our classifiers.
• Work with the Safeguards Policy Managers to identify policy gaps and novel policy trends.
• Create regular reports of progress and general trends that will be presented to the broader Safeguards team.
• Evaluate new products before and after launch to understand harm prevalence.
• Conduct regular enforcement audits of policy harms and escalate relevant leads to Threat Investigators and Enforcement Analysts.
• Communicate with external customers on Safeguards topics.
• Review account abuse leads and action accounts that are in violation of client's Terms of Service.
