Job Summary
We are looking for aWarehouse & Shipping Officer to coordinate and manage daily warehouse and shipping operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring theaccurate receiving, handling, storage, documentation, and timely delivery of materials and finished goods, while maintaining compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, picking, packing, and issuing activities.
- Coordinate local and international shipments with forwarders, transporters, and relevant departments.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and other required documentation.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.
- Ensure proper identification, segregation, and storage of materials.
- Track shipment status and follow up on delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Customs, Logistics, Purchasing, Production, and other relevant departments.
- Ensure warehouse activities comply with company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Investigate discrepancies involving inventory, shipments, or documentation and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate warehouse and shipping records for traceability and audit purposes.

Must Have
- Minimum Diploma inLogistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or inventory operations.
- Basic understanding ofwarehouse and shipping processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and delivery.
- Able toprepare and verify shipping/warehouse documents accurately.
- BasicMicrosoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work withinternal departments, suppliers, forwarders, and transporters.
- Good attention to detail and ability to followSOPs, safety requirements, and company procedures.
- Able to work independently and manage routine tasks within agreed timelines.
Good to Have:
- Experience inmanufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or industrial environments.
- Familiarity withERP/SAPor inventory management systems.
- Basic knowledge ofimport/export and Customs documentation.
- Experience coordinating withfreight forwarders and transportation providers.
- Knowledge ofinventory control and stock reconciliation.
- Familiarity withISO, EHS, or warehouse safety requirements.
- Experience handlingsensitive, fragile, or high-value equipment/materials.
- Basic knowledge ofIncoterms and international shipping procedures
