Key Responsibilities:

Monitor endpoint and server security alerts using Palo Alto Cortex XDR and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
Investigate security incidents, malware detections, and suspicious activities.
Perform endpoint troubleshooting, threat analysis, and incident response.
Manage endpoint protection policies, agent health, and security configurations.
Coordinate vulnerability remediation, patching, and security updates.
Monitor server and endpoint health, ensuring system availability and security compliance.
Prepare incident reports and escalate critical security issues to the appropriate teams.
