Back of House (BOH) – Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, specifications, and quality standards.
• Ensure food is presented consistently and meets company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock using FIFO principles.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or wastage.
• Support kitchen operations during busy service periods.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and prepared food items.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Comply with all health, safety, and company policies and procedures.

Positions: Sr CDP, Commis Chef, Demi Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie, Butcher, Baker, and Pastry Chef.
